TIRM UK assists with the processing of Panama flag seafarer endorsements and Seaman Books, working directly with Panama Maritime Authority consulates around the world. Our service ensures efficient submission, CRA issuance, and delivery tracking throughout the process.


Panama Endorsement Application Process

Every application submitted is issued a Certified Receipt of Application (CRA) valid for 90 days, allowing the seafarer to work while waiting for the full-term endorsement.

The processing time for the five-year full-term endorsement is typically up to 12 weeks, and is known for its reliability.

All applications should be emailed to crew@tirm.uk. Please include a company letter with your application that outlines the nature of the role or assignment.

Requirements for Panama Officer Endorsements:

  • Recent passport-sized colour photo

  • Valid passport (copy)

  • Company letter describing job specifics

  • Panama Medical Form (available on application page)

  • Certificate of Competency (CoC)

  • Supporting STCW certificates

  • Copy of CDC
